The Pros and Cons of Watching TV on Opposite Coasts [INFOGRAPHIC]

When I moved from Boston to Los Angeles a few years back, I expected to experience some culture shocks. The weather, for one. The amount of celebrities. The brand of grocery stores readily available. The people, even. After all, the East and West coast are a few thousand miles from each other so certainly life can’t be the same on each coast, right? One difference I didn’t expect from coast to coast is the television experience. Sure, I knew Los Angeles would have different local news stations and even different channel structures, but I never could have predicted what it would be like to watch an awards show while it’s still light out!  Ever wondered what it’s like for the opposite time zone?
